Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in.

Great location in Lucerne. Very clean room and clean common areas. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable .

Great stay. The tram is in fron of the hotel and it is close to Zurich Lake.

Such a beautiful hotel, in a perfect location with easy and quick access to everything you want to see in this lovely city, and quick access to public transportation. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Kettle provided and water in the fridge. Walk from Zurich HB was approximately 25 minutes, on the flat. Plenty of buses and trams close by but we preferred to walk. Would stay again and highly recommend.
