Elevators are a nightmare....Majorly outdated... If there is a conference or event there, expect to wait at least 20 minutes unless they get you on the service elevator. Signage is horrible coming from the parking garage trying to get to the front desk. Some doors were also locked, which is a major safety hazard. Pullout beds are like sleeping on glass, you may as well sleep on the floor. No sheets were in the room for the pullout bed. Hostess at the hotel restaurant let people wait at the hostess desk for at least 10 minutes. She addressed the people in front us, then literally walked away. Overall, not impressed with the amount of money we spent here.

Hotel itself was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating.

If you're looking for a posh stay while you're in town, this is definitely the place!! Semi, Christina, Scott, Braun are just a few of the staff that I can remember that made our stay wonderful, and treated us like royalty while staying there. Their turn down service is top of the line, Thank you all for the great hospitality and making our stay there absolutely AMAZING!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was terrific- biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, and eggs or French toast sticks. . Definitely not a typical Super 8 breakfast The room was clean , a bit dated , very quiet and appeared in a very safe area. We stayed 2 nights while my grandson was at Childrens hospital The bed and pillows were so comfortable. And they cleaned the room with new towels each day.
