Room had awful smell! Like dead feet! Had to go To the store to get air freshener! Huh and front desk guy was rude about it.

It’s a good location. Especially if you are driving. Good restaurants close by. Right off the highway. Has a bar and restaurant but we didn’t use it.

Our ac didn’t work well in on of our rooms and the hotel was full but the staff was very nice and found us some fans which was helpful

The property was great and spacious with all the necessities shampoo, conditioner, extra towels, blankets and pillows, laundry and dish soap. The only issue is being directly across the medical facilities, there were many ambulances and other emergency vehicles including helicopters, throughout the night making it very hard to sleep soundly.

It took us until 11:30 p.m. to get in one of our two rooms…we arrived right at 4:00 check in. It took an hour & a half to get our luggage delivered to our room from Valet parking. It was only delivered when I told them my husband needed some medication out of his bag. Both of our rooms were downgraded due to overbooking (which they blamed on outside booking company & transient guests that they said they couldn’t legally remove) I stood in an extremely long line 4 different times (over a 2.5 hour span) to check on our rooms. We missed our dinner reservations with friends, we were late to our ball game & spent the whole game trying to figure out if we even had a room or needed to go elsewhere…no answers, no discount (even after they downgraded our rooms), no comp or even show of concern! Our rooms were dirty & not well maintained. Beyond general dust, crust and disrepair, there were used q-tips & dental flossers on the nightstand in one room…with bugs & slightly damp bedding in the other. The only bright spot to our trip was the efficient & friendly valet parking staff …and that cost $50 plus $20 tip for less than 12 hours of parking! What a complete nightmare of a stay! The charm of old elegance easily wore off while we waited in a crowded lobby for a room….a 7+ hour wait overall!

Really cool hotel, unique architecture, has a library, an art gallery, and fantastic food options just across the street.

Breakfast was sub par . Not a whole lot of choice of fruit and yogurt etc..
