Glenwood Vacation Packages

It was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Convenient to the Hot Springs Convention Center. Hotel connects to it!

Don’t stay here. We needed a night for a bed and a shower. The room wasn’t even level enough to close the bathroom door. There’s definitely mold that’s been painted over in the room and visible mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner was so loud and rumbling all night I hardly slept. I had to take a shower in a bathtub with no drain since it was so dirty it couldn’t drain. After my shower I told them we needed another room to shower in since it took 30 minutes to drain even halfway, that room wasn’t much better with paint peeling off the walls etc. the shower curtains are moldy and the hot water takes forever. Do not recommend even if you just need a bed and a shower. The manager was supposed to call me and refund our stay but it’s been a week and still have heard nothing. Don’t stay here.
