I am very disappointed with my stay. I added a specific request to my reservation notes in advance but the front desk staff did not read them when I arrived. The staff was uncooperative and dismissive. They told me no other rooms were available, leaving me no choice but to accept a room that did not match my needs. I expect better communication and customer service from this hotel

The young man at the desk was so helpful and kind. I got complimentary popcorn when I checked in. The cooked to order breakfast was lovely!

Breakfast was amazing! Best hotel breakfast ever!

Clean, addressed most traveler's needs, could not eat breakfast, which was problematic (late start on weekends is unrealistic for people actually traveling) and the dishwasher wasn't working, but otherwise good stay.
