This hotel was very rundown bathtub drain slow to drain bathroom sink dripped constantly bugs that were dead left on the ground room overall not very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly though I would not stay here again. I definitely would not recommend this place. I don’t know how they got AAA rating

The staff that does the breakfast is so friendly. The lady that checked us in was helpful to an extent but did not when handle a complaint from another guest well. Considering what i paid for 2 nights for a standard room iwas so disappointed. They don't even have daily housekeeping which was a let down. The beds were lumpy very low grade and creaky. The room smelled awful which i have never experienced from a holiday inn.. i would not reccomend this place even if it were cheaper and makes me question whether I will continue to book with holiday inn. As the other guests mentioned they book with holiday inn because they are usually consistently higher quality for the orice

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the pool was unusable. It was very green and unkept.Everything else excellent

This place is incredibly dirty and unkempt, at least the room I stayed in. I reserved the room and checked in around midnight, because there were no other rooms available in the city. Upon entering this room, I was greeted by the sight of dead roaches on the floor, accompanied by a pungent smell. The furniture appeared to be in a state of disarray. I immediately called the front desk, and they apologized for the situation. They informed me that they didn’t have any rooms available and would come to sweep the room, which they did. However, I couldn’t sleep there after spotting another dead roach on the pillow and the mattress was discolored with a very unpleasant smell. I’m not sure if this was just the room I had, but it was exceptionally filthy, especially considering almost $200 rate they charge. I ended up sleeping in my car.
