Hot breakfast buffet was decent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a little touch up but it was clean. Big issue is I got eaten up every night. Each morning, I woke up with more bites on my head and neck. Checked for bedbugs and didn't see any evidence so I think maybe fleas?

Never got the full experience. We checked in and went to the room and discovered room was occupied. Alerted front desk and they said “sorry for ya” we are all out of rooms. Well there was rooms, just not any that were clean and she wasn’t about to clean one that late in the evening. So we left

Book 2 weeks in advance , went to check in and was told that I had canceled my reservation which I had not and that I needed to find a different hotel even after showing my confirmation number thru Expedia. So I was turned away . Will never book with OYO again!
