Beautiful setting right on tge lake! Everything at the resort met expectations, though it felt a little dated overall. Resort fee is an unexpected and generally unwanted upcharge.

Overall better then I last remembered Cons: Both outdoor pools closed this am and having to pay a resort fee The cleaning lady putting her face into my exterior window to see if I left, scaring me. Then knocking on my primary door to see if I left Long waits to get extra keys for room

The staff was not friendly at all. From the front desk to the staffing at the Market Place area. I will never come back to this casino again.

The beds are nice and comfy. My room was clean no issues. The bathroom was a little dingy, but we just wiped it down and got it right outside. Pool was not working. Indoor pool was OK. Still very dirty tile and dirty towels. Everywhere cleanliness can be up in this place, especially for the price of a room outside grounds were really dirty. Seen Chick-fil-A cups everywhere garbage everywhere they need to pay attention to that as well, front desk was amazing. Great people again only complaint was just upkeep.
