Greendale Vacation Packages

Very friendly staff. The property was clean except people smoking right by the entrance. Maybe move the receptical further away and dont allow smoking past the parking lot. Breakfast was ok. Suggest a bigger toaster or have 2. Coffee was always empty. Apple juice was watery. Our room had a bad oder. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. The beds were extremely hard and not comfortable. The couch seats were low compared to the armrests and were uncomfortable because it had a bed inside and the bars dug into your legs. The room layout was very nice. 2 separate bedrooms instead of 2 beds next to each other and they were separated by the living room. The price was fair for the room we booked. The pool is very small and not very deep. There was no hot tub, that was a bummer.

The hotel staff were very courteous, friendly and professional. We stayed in a king room. The room was clean with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. I appreciate when the shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are IN the shower. They served a good hot breakfast. The breakfast area was pleasant and clean. Opportunity for improvements are: finish trimming the room, it appeared that updates had happened but ceiling trim was not there to hide the transition. This hotel location was perfect with plenty of shopping and tons of restaurants nearby.

Ice machines didn’t work so you had to go to the restaurant but the restaurant closes at 11 pm…. Also my room was on the first floor and had several spiders, I killed about 8 in my 3 nights there. I’ve never stayed somewhere with spiders like that. The front desk women were very kind - that was great. Also. TV in my room the volume was locked at 100 so it was loud, couldn’t watch much TV at all - yes I could’ve asked for another room but it just wasn’t worth the movement and all that and then my concern was another room would be the same so it wasn’t worth it considering most the day we were out and about.
