Hotel over book, room at the very top level and only one elevator working, roo m out dated and dirty, tv out, parking terrible, staff had no control over the business noise up to 3 am , when choosing stay on website Street view was not this location, false seen, over all horrible experience.

We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.

Great room. Great staff. Great price.

The casino sucks the slots are very tight.. Wasn’t hitting at all. The food was ok not enough to choose from.The catfish meal wasn’t worth $19.00 it looked like they took one filet and cut it up into 3 little pieces.. The rooms where clean but I found someone dirt sock in my room by the nightstand.. Staff was friendly. The room and the staff was the best part of my stay. But I will never gamble there again it was horrible..

We're giving keys to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, had to be moved to another room. Pool wasn't usable, had no water in it. Area is in the slums and very sketchy and run down with lots of abandoned places and vagrants
