Chuck at the front desk was terrible but did her job, kind of. The room had a bed as advertised but nothing else that was promised - no Netflix no Hulu. We were told dinner was included and available until 9pm. Went to eat, kitchen closed at 8. No breakfast either. No balcony basically a window you can step out of with one foot to smoke. Used TP in bathroom 🚽 on floor. BARFFFFFFF

My room was in need of refurbishing— the chair had torn upholstery, the mattress not the best, the tub was old, the front desk person wasn’t quite sure of breakfast times, and there was not a free bottle of water upon check-in. Very disappointing.

I feel that all the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, and they should be plugged up when people are coming there. There were nothing appliances was plugged up. One of the rooms comforters had a cigarette burn in it. There was not enough towels in the rooms and no extra tissue rolls. Once you went out the room at light there was a electronic door. Lock in rooms were locked before on the same day we were supposed to check out once we went out and it wasn’t even close to checkout time. The doors automatically locked in the keypads didn’t work anymore.
