Clean room

The room was very comfortable and private. We never heard anything from surrounding rooms. The courtyard was peaceful and was a great place to just relax for a bit.

I always have an amazing stay ar rhe Indigo in Omaha! From the front desk to housekeeping always amazing and a special short our to Monica the best bartender of all time!

Hotel is undergoing what looked like major remodeling, but it had no impact on us. Room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. Sorry- can’t remember her name.

We chose this property because: 1) location near Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, and 2) indoor pool and hot tub. Upon arrival, we found the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. When we first checked into our room, it had an unpleasant odor - I know it's an older hotel, so I assumed perhaps it was the age or whether it had been a smoking room at some point. I was able to get past it, but I immediately noticed the horribly stained lamp shade. When washing our hands, the sink would not drain. I contacted the front desk, and they switched us to another room. In the next room, the door was a little difficult to open from the inside, and the bathroom door did not open and close easily either. Again - we chalked it up to being old. We were already told that the hotel had recently gone under new ownership, so okay. Again, dirty lampshades. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept well. We had food we wanted to warm up, but the microwave didn't work. I asked the front desk if we could use the one in the dining room because of it, and I was told that there were issues with outlets in some rooms. After a long day of walking at the zoo the next day, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was still closed. The staff there was extremely pleasant, but based on the condition of the property, I would not recommend it and would likely not stay there again. A+ to the staff though!
