The facility smelled. Floors were absolutely filthy. Front desk personnel were completely disingenuous. Ice machines out of order. Bedding smelled liked stale cigarette 🚬 smoke. Hallways reeked of weed. Upholstered furniture stank and had visible stains. We were given the wrong room key and walked in on a couple having sex. Pool was closed but it was not disclosed when booking. Grandsons feet were black on the bottom after only a few minutes walking around in the room. We have pictures to support these claims. I’ve never stayed in a place so nasty and paid for it.

Loved the room and decor of entire hotel. Appreciate having restaurant on the grounds. It is a cozy, classy place to stay.

Worst staff I have ever encountered, smelly room and nothing positive I can say to balance this out. Sorry but I will never stay here again and struggle to imagine staying at another four points property - it was that bad!

Nice property. Built-in 1918 as a furniture factory. Converted to offices, then to apartments, then to hotel rooms. Had a hassle with the electronic key. A QR code for the parking lot did not work. Would not return unless they got new mattresses, which were in very poor shape.

When I first showed up it was a little hard to get into the building. There were several employees sitting inside at a lounge table. I told them I was just trying to find the front entrance as it seemed that it wasn't. She said I was at the correct entrance and would go get the guy that was running the front. The check-in desk had a roll down cage pulled down at all times so no attendant available without calling for assistance. The room I was in must have been over the top of a room that had mechanical pumps as the floor vibrated all night at the head of the bed, which was a little noisy. Rooms were extremely clean and the all of the property was extremely clean. Room came with a full size refrigerator and a cooktop stove that I wasn't going to use. The price was great but I think I'll spend an extra $30 next time and choose another place to stay. Trying to get in the building was a hassle and the lack of staff seemed a little concerning. If you don't mind those speed bumps the place was extremely clean and very quite, other than the room I was in. If by chance you forgot your phone and key to the room when you left your room, I am not sure how you would get back in as the lack of an attendant was off-putting to me.

Beautiful building, but the room were small with no furniture. No chair, no counter space, nothing. Just a bed and TV.

Good breakfast
