At check-in we were first assigned a room that was occupied. We identified it quickly and got another room, but there was not much of an apology from the hotel staff. Room and hotel were clean and obviously updated, it the ceiling in our bathroom was chipped and cracked with plaster missing. Appeared to be damage from a prior water leak. Breakfast was mediocre, so we didn’t eat there after the first day. Would consider a stay in the future due to cleanliness and location of the hotel.

Everything worked in the room and the property was quiet. A rare experience in our travels.

I loved this part of town, my first time in the States and the USA is well represented from Bricktown and the Sheraton Hotel. Absolutely loved my time there, although I'll never get the chance to visit OC again, I would absolutely revisit this hotel.
