We booked this hotel for a concert a bit off a walk from the station but easier for what we were doing later on . The hotel was spotless staff really friendly . Had everything we needed and all the little touches were great . Would definitely book again

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a lovely & relaxing experience. The building is wonderful and abounds with Georgian character. The only minor criticisms are that our bathroom floor has chunks of grout missing and some areas of painted woodwork that could have benefited from a thorough scrub, and the traffic noise from the main road is quite intrusive at night as the original casement windows haven’t been updated with new glazing. It’s still a wonderful hotel, the staff and menus are excellent, and you might bump into someone famous at breakfast! (Sorry, can’t divulge any names!).

Cosy vibes, clean and modern.

A lovely comfortable hotel, beautifully decorated. Our room was modern, very comfortable, cool and a big modern bathroom. Parking is free and right outside. Very good pool and gym

I didn’t realize that the room I booked didn’t have an in suite bathroom, so beware. The room was clean and comfortable as well as communal space. The place had a lot of boxes and they seemed to be renovating? Breakfast was very nice. The people who own and operate the place are very nice and extremely helpful.
