If I pay $75 extra for a room to have my pet there I expect the rug to be clean. There were several stains on the carpet from previous pets. Non carpeted floors would be much better.

Clean room and responsive customer services. I was not able to use my included 1 hr tennis court reservation because it wasn’t clearly mention that you have to pay equipment rental fee unless you bring your own. I was bit disappointed. It was overall good experience.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beaufort West, SC
Was placed in 2 rooms. First room had a broken mirror and red stuff on the carpets. The next room had what looked like chocolate all over the blind, on the window sill and inside a trash can in the bathroom. The front desk person Celia?, was very nice and did what she could to help us.
