Hotel Gibbs was a great stay! I took my mom for her Mother’s Day and I absolutely loved how close the Alamo and the riverwalk was. The Alamo was literally across the street. It’s a beautiful hotel, very beautifully remodeled. The free breakfast was actually quite disappointing it wasn’t really good, lacked flavor and seasoning, muffins were dry but great to have free breakfast option included. The riverwalk plaza was less than 5 minute walk away. Everything is so close and convenient. One thing I will say for their one bedroom options it felt weird going into the room and the bed being the first thing you see, I’m used to there being a little entrance before getting to the bedroom area but what you see in pictures is literally what you get. I loved the natural lighting from the windows. Overall great stay
