Room was very dirty. Surface clean but filthy around the corners, under furniture and under bed.

Very cozy

The front desk made me wait while they conversed. I couldn’t check in upon arrival because my room “isn’t ready yet” and my laundry was stolen from laundry room. There’s 2 washers and dryers and a different guest had to use both at the same time. If that tells you just how disgusting this property is that someone staying here had to do 1-2 months worth of their dirty laundry here. Wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole. Was given 2 body lotions and no shampoo or soap. The cabinets are missing covers and sink was not scrubbed clean from a previous guest.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Great hotel. Nice gym. Excellent parking. Room super clean and comfortable. We appreciate the comfort pillows, best ever. The staff was amazing. Specially Andrea. Also breakfast was very good. The location is one block from the river walk. This hotel fits this town, because the town was surprisingly beautiful.
