Heber Springs Vacation Packages

When going to check in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly at all. Throughout the day, my room was cleaned and I was happy about that when I went to go check out the gentleman was great about me. Checking out. The TV did not work. It was too fuzzy. The beds were very hard as a rock.

This is by far one of the best hotel stays that I have had in a long time. The front desk staff was excellent. I wished I could remember one of the guys name to give him a big shout out. He was so kind and caring due to the fact we were there due to a family members hospital stay. Everyone that we came across was so friendly and nice. The hotel was immaculate along with the rooms and breakfast was wonderful especially the omelette bar.

Beautiful historical hotel! Clean, beautifully decorated, fantastic restaurants. We had a lovely dinner at the Capital Bar and Grill and brunch at One Eleven.

Quick overtime trip was made better by this hotel.

We stayed before an early morning flight. The room had no telephone for a wake up call. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The body wash dispenser was empty. And of course we did not discover that until in the shower and no time with an early morning flight to do anything about it, To top it all off, we were not able to dry unwashed hair because the hairdryer was was melted around the on/ off switch and was unusable. Not what we are used to.
