We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

Amazing

It was very hot in the lobby as soon as I walked in. The first room I stayed in had an extremely loud AC, so I switched rooms, but unfortunately, the AC in the second room was just as loud and woke me up every time it turned on. The room also felt hot and stuffy, almost like there was very little air circulation. I honestly considered asking for a refund, but by that point, it was too late into my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, especially compared to the LA location, which I really enjoyed.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
