OK

Very nice room and location near to our family. Shower was leaking ... otherwise room was clean. Will stay again in the future.

The only thing we did t like was the room that we picked was noisy we could hear the air conditioners coming on and off. You could not hear them with the tv in but when you went to bed. We were I. 302. Other that that, we would go here again. Just ask for a different room. They were not aware of this when we checked out . You can hear the rumblings when one of the six units was working .

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!
