The shower in my room was not clean ..
The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke it was quite disgusting
The coffee machine at breakfast was faulty ..breakfast was very mediocre with some of the dispensing machines being empty as they seemed to have run out of jam - marmalade .. the most disappointing hotel that I have ever experienced
