Can’t believe this hotel was not advertised to be housing illegal immigrants because if it was guess what I would never have stayed there an absolute disgrace after reading this I hoe I am offered some kind of refund but I bet I won’t be I can’t stay there free can I

Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.

Clean, staff excellent,location great

Staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are well appointed, the cooked breakfasts are good quality and the bar is well stocked. There's ample free parking and a taxi ride to Lincoln city centre is very reasonably priced. This is our go-to stay-place when we are in Lincolnshire and we'l be back again next year !

Would have given 4/5 stars, as staff were friendly & helpful, food & drink excellent, location fab and room & bed were lovely and clean, BUT: 1. no net curtains (and it was hot so wanted to open window and heavy curtains to let air in overnight and in the morning, but no privacy without net curtains or a blind. We were on first floor with windows opposite overlooking. 2. Extremely hot and no air conditioning, so too hot to sleep. 3. Woke up abruptly early morning - first with car alarm going off (possibly not hotel’s fault), then the laundry van turned up - staff and delivery driver chatting loudly under our window, together with the noisy trolleys being rolled in and out of the hotel right beneath us. Noise of deliveries and staff continued after this. Such a shame, as all else was lovely.

A lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Bright, clean and spacious accommodation. Very good ambiance and pleasant surroundings. Very comfortable nights sleep and the highlight was being able to feed the alpacas and pig in the morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Always looked after very well. Delicious food.
