Indian Hill Vacation Packages

We booked from a third party and it showed a nice outdoor swimming pool. We packed our bathing suits. Upon arrival, it was covered and murky. We checked into our room and noticed there were big spots on the bedspread which grossed me out. Then when my husband pulled the curtains back, the sheers were covered with brown stains all over. We asked for some type of credit and she said since it was third party, they couldn’t do anything. I said, “How about removing one day of my 50 pet fee because that wasn’t third party. Said the only thing they could do was 10.00. I refused and the desk lady said she would talk to someone about what else they could do. As I was walking down the hallway, I also noticed a large cover on the ceiling that had corroded metal and chipping ceiling that looked like mold. I have taken pics of everything.

Very convenient. Been there many times and have a good experience every time.
