The staff were fine but the property and room were dirty and unkempt. The Ice Machine was out of order, the cable on the TV was not working and the pool was under construction. There were small roaches in the room and it smelled like backed-up sewage and marijuana. The shower curtain was dirty and partially hanging on hooks. I was not able to stay the week due to these unpleasant conditions.

Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. On closer inspection the wall paint had large scratches, the caulk was missing in places around tub. The drain in sink had issues but overall the room was well cleaned. The lobby, halls and elevator however were dirty and had a smell

Property definitely needs an upgrade. The pool was the best part.

The room was very clean and we so appreciate the vinyl wood flooring. (I truly don't like hotel carpet). Staff members were friendly. There was some confusion about our bill at checkout (still waiting to be sure we are clear). (

This was the buggiest hotel I have ever stayed in 10 years. They gave me a couple of roach hotels to put in my room and they filled to full capacity in a couple days. I also got bed bug bites on my head that caused itching. They called an exterminator but he never showed up. They gave me a different room but it was buggy too. Apparently it has been a problem at many hotels in San Angelo.

There was blood and boogers on the wall next to the bed. Hair balls on the shower wall. Something sticky had been spilled on the carpet and never cleaned. And bug guts on the walls from where they had been killed. I travel monthly for work. 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

It has been a few years since I have stayed at this hotel. Looks very clean and updated. The carpets were spotless. As we walked in the lobby smelled of recent cleaning. The pool was fresh and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
