No way to contact them. If you call their number you get a reservation center and they won't give or the local number. Bed and room proper was neat, but on both windows the curtains were rags. Bathroom was terrible condition. Mold, rot and the toilet hardly flushed. Only a couple teens working there but they were very nice

Everything was just fine. No problems at all.

Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. I wish there were staff on-site part of the time, just in case there is a problem or someone has questions. On the booking site, it would state that no one is on-site.

We didn’t stay because the outside was trashed. Cars up on Jack's and siding coming off the building. The parking lot was full of potholes. The Econolodge side was no where to be seen. The place was disgusting and shocking for us.

Pools, Staff and breakfast were very nice room was smelly with no daily service very disappointing, considering the room rate
