Clean and comfortable. My dig and I had a pleasant stay.

We received email with our code, when we arrived, it didn’t work. I was able to call the number and receive a new code. They were responsive when I text a question as well. The dome was very clean and plenty of towels and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were nice quality. Very lovely area, it is close to other domes but situated as where can’t really see each other. The last night we had very inconsiderate neighbors that did not follow the quiet hours rules. We heard another neighbor chew them out at 1:30 in the morning. We could hear them in our dome, I was able shut door to bathroom to minimize their noise but my son could hear them in top loft. The club house was very nice, we enjoyed the pool table. We did not use the hot tub. We tried one of trails, but it wind behind the domes and cabins. Check out was super simple, we followed their guidebook. We really liked the gated entrance and felt safe. We would stay here again, easy drive into Hot Springs.

The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.

Only thing that would have made it better was coffee in the kitchen.

Excellent property for a relaxing getaway with the family by the lake. Love the lake view from the room and from the deck (very relaxing having tea/coffee) and also the lake access with nice setup for kids to play around. Property is well maintained that it feels like in our own lakeside home.

There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.

My room was very clean, the free breakfast was delicious, and every employee I talked to was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely the way to stay if you're interested in going to Oaklawn.
