Amazing breakfast. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent location and helpful staff.

The staff seemed nice enough but our room was on the second floor which was constantly where the trades and staff put their carts and equipment which made it feel like our room was in a noisy service hall. The rooms are nice and well equipped but could use some updating. The door to our bathroom didn’t close properly as it was off kilter and hit the tile floor. Great location and history to the building. Was expecting something more upscale. I would recommend it but change your room if they say floor 2.

The room was lovely, big in size and nice bathroom but a faint smell that we couldn’t work out. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in a great setting looking out to the water but there’s nothing at all around it so we had to taxi to South Queensferry which cost us £22 one way.

The rooms in the basement are definitely not a 4 star experience. Although clean, this is more a 2 star hotel. During our stay the carpet was also wet and there were a few dehumidifiers running continuously.

Beautiful facilities and walking distance to many sights including Dean Village.

Great location 15 minute walk into the city Room was ok Comfortable bed Could not find wifi code so messaged property but nobody replied at all Later found code is near front door All in all ok not amazing, expensive for what it was but ok

Loved my stay, quiet and clean

The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.
