For the amount of Money I spend I expect to have hot water for a shower in the morning. Not having hot water is totally inexcussble. Staff was indifferent to me because I’m not a member of their points program. Stay away from Brockville Holiday Inn Express. They don’t deserve your business.

Room was clean, breakfast was really good and had variety. Parking is free and easy. The staff where VERY nice and talked to everyone who was looking to chat. They seemed to be happy working there and took the time to joke around with my preschooler
