Never met any staff, but did call someone as the code from the hotel did not get sent through hotels.com until later the next day. The room was fairly clean, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear conversations in the next rooms.

Room was sticky had to wipe things down . Shower leaked through the wall and soaked the carpet in the next room. The dish washer was not secured so it tiped over when ever it was opened .
