My husband & I go to your Eureka Springs 5-6x a year for the last 5yrs. We have been staying at this property for the last 2 1/2. I probably stayed there 8-10 times prior to this last stay from 9/3/26-9/5/26, 3 days 2 nights. My husband passed away suddenly & unexpectedly 1/7/26. This trip was my first trip back since I lost him. I was there to put his ashes in places that were special to us. I always book a room with a hot tub/jetted tub in it. This time was no exception. Half of the lights in our room didn't work, Shower was dirty & unwashed. Only had 1/2 a roll of toilet paper, ice machine wasn't working (Labor Day wknd), tv didn't work & the A/C stopped cooling halfway through the first night. Next morning I went to the office to explain about the ac. He told me they had another room but not with a hot tub. I asked if the adjoining room (114) was available? He said 114 is available but it's not adjoining. I told him it was an adjoining room. Again he told me no it wasn't. He said once I got all my stuff moved from 112 to room 114 just bring the key to 112 back to the office. I asked if he was going to give a discounted refund because I paid to have a hot tub the whole time and it was not my fault the ac broke. He told me no. I told him that I wanted to sleep in 114, working ac but I still wanted access to 112 to use the hot tub I paid for. He said checked with his boss & that was fine. 114's TV didn't work along w/ all lights in the living room. I was very disappointed

Perfect location to Bentonville Square and one of the best boutique hotels in that area. We enjoyed all the walkable restaurants, ice cream shops and farmers market on the weekend and 4th of July celebration. Will stay here again

We had a great two-night stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

So everything was clean. The breakfast station was GREAT!! Delicious food and plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable! I slept well and I don’t usually sleep to well in hotels. The water pressure was AMAZING!! Hotel staff were friendly. Cleaning staff were great. Checking out was SUPER easy, I just had to send a text. Very good, very smooth experience. Why 4 stars? Infrastructure issues. I think the hotel was a renovation? The floors are not even and felt soft in some spots. The tiles right in front of my shower/bathtub had broken, it looked like it has been from some structural damage? The floors are all hard floors and the person in the room above mine dropped something on their floor and I heard it, but otherwise no noise issues. Overall, a good stay. The hotel might consider some repairs
