Super clean room. Great water pressure in the shower. Plenty of parking. Easy to find.

The location is so convenient to walk right in to the park and access the shuttles. The property is amazing! Staff amazing !! Rooms fantastic

Couldn’t reach out to property manager for anything. No response despite several attempts. Room was still dirty. Dishes were very dirty.

Castle Valley Inn Bed and Breakfast is in a beautiful setting about forty minutes from Arches National Park. We never met the owners, as they are often out of town and employ a hostess and her husband to handle the property's day-to-day operations. The hostess was a lovely lady and prepared a very good breakfast of lemon-blueberry pancakes and sausages. My main reason for giving the bed and breakfast a 4 out of 5 is that the property needs some updating. We knew before we arrived that the bathroom light in our room was out and that the hostess's husband would need to fix it. But when we arrived, we discovered a more serious problem with the lighting, so they offered us a flashlight. From our perspective, that was unacceptable. I asked for another room, and thankfully, they upgraded us to one of the on-site cottages. All-in-all, it was a good experience.

We had such an amazing experience at Petty Ranch in Springdale! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The property was beautiful, and every detail made our experience feel special and memorable. A special thank you to the manager, Scott, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We highly recommend Petty Ranch to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back! P.S they have free bikes to use in Springdale! Everything is walkable and no Ubers.

This is our favorite place to stay in St. George. Great option for families that want a little more space with a kitchen.
