We were traveling with our dog, so it was good they took pets however the pet rooms are on the back row of course. No place for the dog to go do his thing other than on the rocks. Really should consider putting in a dog park or something with the extra charge for a pet. Room just seemed used and old. Our dog was going crazy with the smells in the room. I guess that is expected. Found someone’s dirty socks on the corner, kinda gross but I’m sure the maids just missed it. The stay was just for a night and we were tired, so we just slept, had breakfast (which was pretty good and hot), then left. Probably would look for something else next time we pass through.

Beautiful backdrop! Beds were comfortable. We had campground 10. It had a lovely platform with a barbecue and was super close to the bathroom. Only complaint is the 10+ emails (a lot more than 10, honestly!) they sent. 😳 highly recommend! The temperature in the tent was perfect even when it was so warm outside.

Really enjoyed staying here during our trip. The hosts were so amazing and made you feel right at home. You can tell they truly care about what they do and it shows throughout the property. Definitely will be planning a trip back!

Place had amenities enjoyable for the whole family. Staff was very helpful even with our car problem Dean was very helpful. Very prompt response , communication was easy. Looking forward to their continued progress of their resort.

Great parking availability. Lovely decor. Awesome location for restaurants, Tuacahn plays, farmers market and shopping. It will definitely be our go to place when we need R N R.

We had a fantastic stay at the Petty Ranch Inn! The property has been beautifully remodeled, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. A special shoutout to Scott, who gave us excellent recommendations for places to explore around the area. One of our favorite unexpected touches was the complimentary bikes available for guests to borrow. We used them a couple of times during our stay and had so much fun riding around town. You can truly tell that the owners and staff care deeply about the property and the guest experience. The attention to detail and the effort they put into making every stay enjoyable and comfortable really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again! Our only recommendations: needs an ice machine and microwaves would be nice to have in the rooms so you don’t have to go to the lobby.
