Palace Hotel Omiya
Very close to the station, excellent amenities in or close to the property. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room turndown service everyday was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property when visiting Tokyo. Bonus that Omiya is a Shinkansen station 🙌

I was glad there were no steps in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. However, there was too much rice and not enough bread. There were no seats available at breakfast by 8am. Kawagoe Prince Hotel
It is an older style property with grace. The location is great being right next to the train station and doorstep to the airport bus. One downside will be the sound of the railway crossing that start around 6:00.
