The hotel was clean but aged, spacious for hotels in Tokyo. Great location as it’s close to metro but not too close to crowded areas. Japanese staffs were polite, friendly and professional as usual. However there are rooms for the rest to improve on.

It is in a central location with lots of shops nearby. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted at each room so the room is too warm for us.

Room was clean, staff were nice and always helpful. Coffee bar was delightful. Only “issues” were having to go to the front desk to request ice (wish there had just been an ice machine), and there only being 3 washing machines for the hotel-quite a large hotel so they were in constant use
