Amazing property; gorgeous rooms! Nice staff and super cool bar area!

Loved the location of this hotel. The staff were great and delicious breakfast to start your day. We went for dinner here one of the nights and the cocktails were amazing!

Beautiful facilities and walking distance to many sights including Dean Village.

Parking is awful, we were lucky we got a space round the corner. It was a great location for our event at murrayfield but the sofa bed isnt an actual bed. Luckily we took our inflatable double bed but had to go to shop and get sheets and duvet cover for it. Fine for one night and a few hours sleep

Clean room near Haymarket Station. A 10 min walk from all the attractions and busyness of the city. Quiet during the night.

A beautiful way to stay and explore Leith and Edinburgh. A lovely staff, and clean and very comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

Great location right at the west end of queen street. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space and fully appliances in the kitchen area. Next time would probably prefer not to be in the basement at the front of the building with some noise from the main road and people walking by on the street above.

Room smelled strongly of a strange chemical floral smell. Had to keep the window open to try and air it out. No food available nearby. There is a mall within a short walk that offers a Greg’s and a McDonald’s. The hotel is not 4 stars. It is a bit rundown. The staff are nice and try to be helpful.
