Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. It's in the heart of downtown around everything thing you and. During the summer at Fifth Third Center Square which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, they have a free concert every day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property was clean and well kept

No food or drinks of any kind in the pool, hot tub or patio areas

Breakfast was sub par . Not a whole lot of choice of fruit and yogurt etc..

The pool area was wonderful and the best part. Loved how the main pool was only 3’6” deep. Perfect for kids to stand up in and perfect for adults to swim. They did have a lifeguard. I was disappointed that the cabin we rented appeared to need a deep clean especially for the price we paid. I did like the set up of the cabin though.

The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price.

Floors were dirty, tables needed cleaned, mini fridge didn't work, shower didn't work. Then got woke up extra early by the staff hollering at each other from one room to another and it's still like 3 or 4 hrs before check out. Trash all on the ground around the dumpster watch another person that was staying there take a bucket and put pool water in it and took back to their room. Just completely horrible experience do not suggest or recommend at all!!!!!
