I booked a room at 10:30pm mistakenly the the date I was making on. I didn’t need a room for that night, it was for a future date. I realized it while payment was processing and was unable to cancel it. I called the property immediately and asked to amend the reservation as I would not be checking in that night but needed it for the following day. The property directed me to Expedia and said they couldn’t change anything. I contacted Expedia, and they said they would reach out to the property. After several days of follow up, I received an email from Expedia stating that the property had not replied to any of their inquiries and that there was nothing they could do. Seems as if the property was happy making an easy $100+ on a room they knew was not going to be used. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite place to stay in Longview. It’s a convenient location. The room is clean and comfortable. I’ll be staying here again.
