The suite was very clean. The beds all appeared VERY new... possibly from Amazon.. & they were EXTRA FIRM. The fridge and stove top were a plus, but there are no utensils, cookware, plates, etc. The staff was friendly enough... I felt rushed to sign everything at check-in. I understand the desire for a swift experience, but there's a fine line between that & hurrying up to get me out of your hair. It was hard to catch someone at the desk--we saw the window closed more than open. We requested a couple of extra towels as there were 3 women in our group & they needed one for their hair. That was a no go. They only gave towels if we brought them the existing ones. There were no hand towels. The location was a bit secluded which was nice in Cleveland and easily accessible. We might consider staying here again for the price & cleanliness, but we'd bring our kitchen supplies & extra towels.

Never disappointed here. My 3rd stay. Brewery on 1st floor is simple, inexpensive and awesome.

If you’re planning a stay in The Ruby Falls area… FORGET ABOUT THIS PLACE! Access code entry doesn’t work properly, parking is too close to the main road & contacting anyone for help is impossible!

The hotel is centrally located i.e. close to I-24, gas, and local restaurants. The staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint(s) are the pillows were a little too soft, the curtain was hanging down from the rod allowing in light, but the most important thing was there were ants in the room.
