The check-in was a pain because there is no office on site. I had to contact someone by phone and get instructions on how to enter my room. Other than that, the room was great.

I am still trying to figure out why this place is so much compared to other hotels. Front staff are nice and very help, lobby is nice and it has a tiny stream in the back but other than that it is a broken down cheap motel that had the landlord special painted on and tripled the price. The room was so small, you could see outside on the bottom of the door, the ac unit was very dirty and made a constant clinking noise all night even when it wasn't running, the floors were painted concrete with a thin rug so I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot, a drink left in the fridge from previous people, something was splattered on the side of railing of the bunk bed, no elevator, the curtain was held up my office clips, we went to the concert and didn't get back until 1230 am and there was no parking, I think we parked in a no parking spot but we literally had no choice, the breakfast was mostly pre packaged gas station items, white bread, bagels and cereal, there was apples, oranges and bananas but for the price of the room it was very under whelming. We stayed here because even though I bought our tickets almost 5 months ahead, this was the only place closest to Thunder Ridge without staying at Big Cedar Lodge itself which didn't seem worth it since we would be spending hardly any time in the room. You would think they were price gouging but when I checked on the same room price a couple weeks before, it was $100 more than I paid months prior.

Nice and clean room and the hotel was clean as well. Love staying there it was peaceful as well.

Listen, it's a older motel, so understand that much (shower wasn't the best), but we were very happy with the outstanding service and we loved the pool with an actual deep end (9ft, never see that any more!) and it's close to everything. Would recommend!

The pool was closed after our first night stay. The beds and pillows were terrible. The room felt spacey for being 2 queens. The breakfast was ok. Plenty of choices but the taste wasn’t the best.
