The property was in a great location. Our room location looked out on the water, with boats and planes going by which we really liked 👍 The continental breakfast was so so. Our room itself was a problem. The room had not been cleaned. The bathroom was awful. Sheets were dirty. The clean staff finally filled the shower caddies and cleaned at the end of our two night stay. We will stay here again, but will take a hard look at the room first, before committing to it.

Great property and location. However, we were grossed out by the cleanliness - the sheet on the bed and pull apart sofa had stains, and the pull apart bed had crumbs all over it. They appreciated my communication but no intervention to make it right, which was disappointing. I probably won't be returning.

The room was nice, clean, comfy bed, nice towels. The kitchen and appliances was very nice but lacked much in the way of utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs; the few silverware pieces available were dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was out of service the first day, back in service the following day. The pool was good. The restroom in the pool area was dirty, toilet wouldn’t flush, paper towels and toilet paper were just on the counter.the place needs some tlc in areas other than the rooms, which are very well put together. The area is walkable to restaurants, lake walk, etc, great location.

The body wash was empty in the shower. Even though the property is dog-friendly, there is absolutely nowhere for your dog to relieve themselves - no grassy areas within the vicinity of the hotel.

The room was flightless. High ceilings, lots of windows, quirky design. Loved it

Room was clean and comfortable with blackout curtains and a great AC. Great amenities and attention to detail that made the stay really special. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant (Silos) needed a little attention in terms of cleanliness but was otherwise great to have on site with decent food.
