There was no room available for my accommodation after I drove 6 hours and notifies the hotel of my arrival time. When I got to the registration desk I was notified that the hotel was full and I needed to stay at an hotel that was substandard to the Hyatt. I was then directed to a holiday inn that was 15 minutes away from downtown which made my business trip meeting difficult considering all my colleagues were staying downtown.

Everything was wonderful! Parking situation (self-parking deck) was easy to navigate but expensive $22/day (no come/go; $35/day if you want come/go access)

Very clean / helpful and accommodating staff / excellent restaurant

The place was great however I thought the continental breakfast wasn't that great. very few options compared to others I have stayed at. This would not prevent me from staying there again, just a bit dissapointed in the breakfast. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Walls are very thin, can hear your neighbors as if they are sharing the room with you.
