Myself and my husband and children absolutely love this place. There’s so much for the kids to do onsite you really don’t even need to leave the hotel to have fun

The advertisement for the property looked way better than the property itself. All the rooms are in separate buildings and they have outdoor entrances. Not what I was expecting. The breakfast was grab and go with no place in the main looby to eat or enjoy what they did provide. The staff was responsive to requests and super nice.. but there was no daily turndown service and I had to request towels when I got to the room as there was only one set for a room for 2 people staying for 6 days. The walls were paper thin and I could hear "everything" my neighbors were doing. It was a nice place and the room was clean but I would not stay there again.

Was a great place to stay right in the middle of the action , plus free margaritas at the pool and great places to eat in a very short walk

Wasn’t a fan of restaurant.

The best thing about this motel was the location. It was just off the parkway with traffic lights to get you out into traffic, with two ways to exit, either directly on the parkway or on to Wears Valley Road. There were restaurants within walking distance. We had a beautiful view of the mountains and the ferris wheel at The Island from our balcony. The staff was very nice at both check-in and check-out. The room looked clean on the surface, but it had a musty odor, so I went and bought air fresher to use while there. When we went in to the room there were huge gnats flying around in the bathroom and entry. We called the front desk and they poured bleach down the drains, and that helped for that day, but the gnats came back. We just lived with them the rest of the time. The beds were very comfortable, and even with being close to the parkway it was pretty quiet. We didn't use wi-fi. I just used the hotspot on my phone when I wanted to use my laptop. There was a large group from two tour busses, so the breakfast room was crowded and we ended up not doing motel breakfast. But I did get coffee and it was not very good. Overall for the price it was an ok place to stay.

People had dogs in rooms on the 5th floor and they would bark at anytime.
