Very clean hotel, excellent lication. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is very good! The pool and hot tub are great, but very busy on the weekend, as the hotel was busy in our stay. In general, this is excellent option to stay in Ottawa. Visit Stittsville Main street - 7 minutes drive from hotel. Area around is brand new with a lot of residential and commercial development.

It's an old hotel so expect that old hotel smell. It's clean and has everything like in most accomodations. Location is very good. You can walk to nearby restaurants along Elgin. A few minutes walk to parliament and Byward market. Pillows can be challenging so bring your own. Overall, great place to stay if you're visiting Ottawa and need a place to sleep.

If you've stayed at one Embassy Suites, then you know what to expect. Enjoyed it, though the bathroom felt quite small for its size. Otherwise great stay. Friendly staff and very close to it all.
