Spacious room, pool, friendly staff

Hiccups with room dining, and navigating the hallways was tricky. Lobby area nice, but hallways and fitness area felt outdated. No sign anywhere identifying the building, hard to find. Also not a double tree??

Great location. Clean soft comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but in reception area bar and sort of chaotic. But overall it met my needs.

Parking and shops nearby was convenient

I appreciated that Koena Spa was attached to the hotel. After a day of relaxation, it was nice to know that we can walk right up to our room instead of driving away in our car. The restaurants were great! The food was delicious and again convenient that both were located in the hotel. Their gym was amazing and had many different machines and exercise equipment to work on. It even has a kinesiologist on site! The premises surrounding the hotel and hotel lobby are impressive but I was disappointed with our room. The bathroom needs some updating as there were areas in the bathroom that needed fixing, ie hole in the ceiling. Our beds were very lumpy, especially in the middle. Not comfortable to sleep in.
