Decent place but pricey for what you get.

This had to be one of the cleanest condos we’ve EVER rented. Even though the finishes all weren’t the latest they were in immaculate condition as were the linens and kitchen utensils. The link to directions takes one to the rental office, which is on the ridge right above the condominiums. This was a bit confusing since that’s not made clear on the website, but calling the office number led to a very friendly and helpful staff. The bathtub and shower open directly into the bedroom in the one bedroom, suite unit, which could be a problem if one guest wants to get ready while the other sleeps. there’s also a nice size balcony and wide big windows with a great view of the ski mountain. I definitely see another visit in our future.

Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there.

Location is great. Staff very clear about parking, checkout and nearby trails to see the leaves and enjoy Oktoberfest.

The property is in a great location. That’s the best part. The room we had was very small and crammed. There’s also noise in your room. In summer and no air conditioning. The coffee station was out every time I tried. The resort and parking fees were expensive. The parking garage has tiny spaces and it’s hard to get in or out. The pool and hot tub are fine. One hot tub was down. I’ve stayed at other places in BC and they were much better.

THIS IS ASVERTISED AS A "HOTEL", IT IS NOT !! IT IS A HOSTEL TYPE OR SUMMER CAMP FOR KIDS. THE ROOMS HAVE A BED AND 2 SETS OF BUNKBEDS. THERE IS NO AC AND NO TV. THE BREAKFAST IS $20 AND THERE IS NO COFFEE IN ROOM. BEAUTIFUL FACILITY BUT THIS IS NOT A "HOTEL" AND FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN GET A NICE HOTEL ROOM.
