Always friendly, always helpful. The motel continues its renovations and it's noticeable every time you visit. It isn't quick, but it's genuine effort. A family working hard to better the property. And to reflect on a previous review about the nailed up buckets. It's a smoke free motel. I appreciate that the property is clean, devoid of cigarette butts *because* of these buckets! Customers have seats to sit outside, smoke not in the rooms, and dispose of their butts without sullying the property.

Nice hotel to stay with the family

During my stay, I encountered the following significant issues: Unprofessional Staff: Throughout my stay, I interacted with several staff members who were remarkably rude and dismissive, which only exacerbated the frustration of the other issues listed below.Hygiene and Pest Issues: The room was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. Most alarmingly, I discovered roaches in the room, which is a major sanitation concern. Additionally, the provided water dispenser was visibly dirty and unsanitary. Room and Bed Condition: The bedroom was unusable for rest. There were severe dents in the mattress that made it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. Furthermore, I observed mold on the carpeting and a persistent odor of smoke in what was explicitly designated as a non-smoking room. False Advertising of Amenities: Breakfast, which was a key factor in my decision to book this property, was not provided. I was told this was due to a change in management, yet this was never communicated to me prior to my arrival. Facility Maintenance: The gym equipment is currently broken and unusable. Additionally, the lack of available towels in the gym area rendered the facility entirely inaccessible. Bathroom Issues: The shower area was uncleaned upon my arrival, and the faucet is damaged, making it difficult to use. Given the severity of these issues regarding hygiene, facility maintenance, unprofessional conduct, and misleading information, I feel the quality of service provided was awful.
