Place itself is pretty good. So much better value than a hotel. The bin hadn’t been emptied and bath robe was a bit thread bare and the light flickered in the bathroom- those sort of things lose a few points. Main issue isn’t really the fault of the place but the location is just not great. It’s in the heart of Leeds which is fine but it’s down a narrow back street used, on my visit, by a trio of drug users. And the view out of the window is immediately onto student flats a few metres away so I pulled the blinds down for privacy because I was facing someone sat at their desk.

Perfect for what I needed: comfortable bed, useful amenities at disposal helpful and accommodating staff and on site parking

Room was tidy and clean. Kitchen was perfect to use.
