Awesome stay. There was live music in the square on saturday night. Plenty of nearby restaurants and an Irish pub accross

It was easy to get into Zurich on the bus

Not only the hotel is in pristine physical conditions, more impressive and important is the personalized tailored service provided at all times by the entire staff, especially Brigette and Isaac. Kudos! Highly recommended!

The rooms were not as shown in the pictures. There was cockroach in the room, sheets were stained, ceiling not painted well, headboard not tilted, no pan in the kitchenette.

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel for a few days and were happy to have booked it. It was close to everything. The train station which was used a lot and their local trolleys which we also took to go to the opera. Also it’s a street over from a long strip of restaurants so it was really nice. The girls at reception were attentive and diligent. There’s construction in front of the hotel when we were there but it didn’t bother us, we were mostly out. Overall I’m thankful I booked this place and grateful to the staff that made our stay easier.
