Staff were great. Only problem was the rooms location. Bottom floor near elevator and lobby. But that wasn’t the only noise issue. Quality Inn On Historic Route 66
The room and surrounding grounds were clean neat and mostly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had an old vibrating chair with exposed wires, decidedly uncomfortable to sit in and took the space of a normal chair.
