Leonore Vacation Packages

They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "Not our problem." I basically paid $10 more for the night than what I was quoted via Expedia. Was I scammed? How would I ever know. No ice machine. Rooms were clean but dated. The toilet seat was loose, and the TP holder had fallen off the wall. People were talking in the hallway late at night.

AbaThe staff had not cleaned on time, cpbut they were nice about it.

Kind staff and new rugs with clean look. Kinda musty smell and bathroom vent fan started out screaming but quit after a minute. Pool sure didn’t feel heated. I learned the handicapped bathrooms have no counter space or towel holders. We didn’t need it. The ground floor near the exit door was convenient for our 2 dogs. Breakfast was fine .

Not exactly pet friendly. Yes they accept pets but the outside potty areas are in poor condition, grass was sparse and lots of dirt areas, also tons of pokey weeds that my big dogs were not happy stepping on. Mold in my shower and closet door was broken. Ice machine on 2nd floor also broken. Staff said on my departure that yes things are broken they start 11/6 til June 2027 floor by floor renovation. Staff were very nice but glad it was only a 1 night stay. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you!

An absolutely terrible hotel with intolerable hospitality and awful noise. We asked to leave, but the owner refused. They advertised breakfast, but in reality, it was pathetic—and all this at the full price of $100 a night. Overall, a disappointing hotel; not recommended.
