Fabulous !

This is my wife and I 2nd time staying here within a couple of months. This hotel is located in a great area. Close to a lot of restaurants and other attractions.

Had a two night confirmed reservation (prepaid) employees got in late and headed straight to work. Called to see if reservation for second night was still good.. had to call back 3 times to get an answer.. Reservation was cancelled for second night and still billed.. Front desk staff said they had no more rooms available.. went here and booked a room .. customer service completely lacking and the charge for the additional night after cancelling should never had happened.

Very dirty. Our infant crawled on the floor & his legs were black. The couch was so stained, we put a sheet on it to sit. Food was on the floor from the last stay. A blanket was stained & had chunks of cheesy stuff on it. Missing pillowcase. Hair was on the bunk bed sheets. Blinds were missing & food trash was in the loft. We bought a mop & cleaning supplies & spent our 1st day cleaning. Let the front desk know & they asked when we were checking out & they’d see what they could do. The kitchen counter corner seemed like it was going to fall in. Lifeguard on our 2nd day there was on his phone more than watching the pool. A little boy that couldn’t have been more than 4 years old was alone, no parents, pulled down his swimming trunks & peed in the pool. My husband alerted the lifeguard & nothing was done, he didn’t even check on him. Siblings came to get him a little while later. A cabin near us was blaring music until midnight. We called maintenance & it seemed to shut down sometime after. We were excited to be there for the themed weekend, it was our son’s birthday & the theme was Boo Boo’s birthday. We couldn’t find any of the advertised events, never saw the bears & the employees didn’t really know what/when things were going on. The extras like tye dye, ceramics & gem mining were quite expensive on top of the high cost to stay there. When checking out, we weren’t asked how our stay was, not what cabin were we in, just thank you bye. The kids did like the jumping pillow.
