Clean rooms and amazing place to stay

So dirty smell of cigarettes abd weed everything in room dirty old dated

Great staff and great experience

We were checked in by Penelope, whose cheerful smile and great attitude made check in a very pleasant experience. She explained the location and amenities of our room, offered us chilled bottles of water from the lobby's fridge, also gave us a coupon for complimentary beverages from the hotel's local bar, Brewsky's. She also explained the times and location of the breakfast buffet, which was much more extensive than just the Texas waffles found elsewhere. It had a lovely and comprensive selection. Our room was much more than basic. There was a swivel desk chair, and an easy chair, great for a traveling couple, the desk and dresser were really great, lots of space. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was visually clean, and tastefully decorated and furnished. Our parking was just outside our door, so loading and unloading our luggage was a breeze. This was a really great stay, actually the best stay of our 21 day trip. The GreenTreeInn is now on my radar. Folks, if you're traveling to or through Houston, give the GreenTreeInn a chance, I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.
