The room was clean. However, overall the hotel is in some state of renovation or updating. It needs it. The breakfast area was closed, no service. Offering coffee 24/7 was not an impressive substitute for the lack of breakfast.

I was at this hotel for maybe an hour, just long enough to find and book another hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming smell of Febreze. The bedding and pillows were damp from how much had been sprayed, it was obvious the excessive Febreze was being used to mask a strong odor. My daughter and her friend both started getting headaches from the overpowering fragrance. The air conditioner was caked with dust, and there was dust built up all along the baseboards as well. I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for this room, then spend even more money on a last minute hotel because my request for a refund was denied. The front desk staff was friendly, that was the only positive part. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the refusal to issue a refund completely overshadowed that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived at4:30pm and waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Process was slow for everyone and rooms were not ready. Front desk staff left to clean some rooms. We had to book another hotel because they were making us late for the event we were in town for. I want a refund or will dispute the charge.

The housekeeping staff was not up to par. However, I did interact with an amazing manager, who made sure to take care of the needs that housekeeping ignored.

We really wanted to like this hotel, the reviews were great, but we had the worst night in a hotel that we can remember. The room across the hall from us was occupied by at least ten children under 12. There were no adults present. They were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, screaming and shouting, in spite of my many requests that they keep it down. This occurred well after midnight and went on for hours. I asked to speak to an adult and there were none present (I have a video). The front desk did nothing to help us. Overall the staff at the front desk seemed indifferent every time we spoke to them and they definitely seemed uninterested in our problem with our neighbors. In fairness, the room was fine, the shower was awesome. The location is confusing because it is literally on an island between highway exits. We will not be returning.
